I'm Akshat Lamba, a writer drawn to stories that stay with you long after you've finished reading or watching them. The ones that move you, challenge the way you see the world, or leave you with a feeling you can't quite put into words. These are the stories I love, and the kind I hope to write.

Toni Morrison once said, "If there's a book that you want to read, but it hasn't been written yet, then you must write it." I've always found something meaningful in that thought. I want to write the stories I wish existed, the ones that make someone feel understood, see something differently, or discover something within themselves.

I write fiction and poetry, often exploring the complexities of being human: our struggles, our relationships, our regrets, and the quiet moments that change us. I believe words can give shape to feelings we struggle to express, and sometimes, finding those words is a little like finding your way through the dark.

Beyond writing, I share my thoughts on books, films, and television through my blogs. Stories have given me a great deal, and writing about them is one way I make sense of what they leave behind.
